Application :

Sterilizer designed to meet the most critical sterilization parameters and normative parameters of manufacture and security, being able to sterilizer and dry materials of density such as surgical fields and clothes, packed or unpacked instruments and tools, glasses, gloves, syringes, rubbers, liquids in open vials with calculation, mainly necessary in quality control laboratory with specific program for Bowie & Dick Test and Leak Test. Recommended for use in hospitals, emergency rooms and outpatient care centers, medical clinics, medical analyses laboratories .

Sterilization Cycles :

Sterilization Cycles
All parameters such as number of deep vacuum pulses sterilization temperature and time for each stage are user configurable through password.
Cycle for Packages:	for the sterilization of textiles and of density materials. The cycle profile presents load conditioning phase through vacuum and steam pulses; exposure phase at the temperature of 134°C and drying phase under mechanical vacuum.
Cycle for Latex:	Sterilization cycle for thermo sensitive materials such as rubber bungs, polypropylene bottles, surgical gloves, silicone tubes among others.
Cycle for Instruments:	Suitable for sterilization of surgical instruments, stainless steel materials or other surface materials such as glassware, bowls kidney and utensils in stainless steel vats and others. By default, the cycle presents load conditioning phase through vacuum and steam pulses; exposure phase at 132 C of temperature and under mechanical vacuum drying phase.
Cycle for liquids in airtight packaging:	The cycle profile presents conditioning phase through a single steam pulse: sweeping; exposure; 121°C temperature exposure phase and slow cooling phase with pressure control inside the chamber with end of cycle defined by temperature.
Cycle for liquids (Flasks and Culture medium):	for liquids in not airtight packaging. Cycle profile presents conditioning phase through a single steam pulse: sweeping; 121°C temperature exposure phase and slow cooling phase with cycle end defined by temperature.
Cycle for Bowie & Dick Test:	to determine the capacity of the equipment in providing the withdrawal of air and penetration of the steam in the load to be sterilized.
Cycle for Leak Test	indicated for the inspection of tightness of the sterilization chamber. The cycle consists of vacuum pulse, accommodation time and sealing inspection time.
Cycle for user “A”:	indicated for sterilization with totally open programming, similar to the density cycles
Cycle for user “B”:	indicated for sterilization with totally open programming similar to the liquids cycles
