Safety System:

Door safety: 

1, Chamber pressure is over safe pressure (safe pressure settable range is 0---0.03Mpa), door can not be 

unsealed or open. 

2, Double door interlocked, one door can be open upon the other one is closed. 

3, sterilization cycle can be started upon the door closed and sealed safely. 

4, steam is not allowed into the chamber until the door is sealed.

Pressure safety: 

1, Safety valves are equipped both the chamber and jacket for pressure overloading 

protection; 

2, High quality pressure sensors and transmitters are sending accurate pressure data to 

PLC for safety supervised and controlled

Temperature safety:

1, High quality temperature sensors and transmitters are sending accurate pressure data to 

PLC for safety supervised and controlled

2, While the temperature is over the requested, PLC system automatic control and adjust it 

at once, then alarming and recording for user’s treating right away.
