Applications:

This series steam autoclaves are designed and manufactured specially for hospital CSSD,  operating room to sterilizing medical instruments, sterile clothing, dressings, vessels,  apparatuses, operating tools, culture medium etc. 

Principle Features:

• Easy, intuitive management through a colour touchscreen interface.

• Sterilization chamber, jacket and door made of AISI 304 stainless steel

• High resistance to corrosive attack thanks to the electrolytic polishing treatment < 0.22 μm

• External heating of the chamber (with steam) for 95% of the surfaces and elimination of cold 

areas

• The seal between the chamber and the door is achieved with an inflatable gasket,  completely eliminating the loss of vacuum/steam

• Bio-seal for perfect separation of the environments, totally guaranteeing a sterile environment

• Tri-Clamp system for the tubing related to the main systems

• Reduced weight structure for easy installation, facilitating positioning on the ground and  connection to utilities

Our quality features enable the convenience and durability needed to  operate  an  autoclave   with  complete  peace  of  mind.  The  fully jacketed  chamber  is  constructed  of  long  lasting   304  grade stainless  steel  with  superior  corrosion  resistance.  The  sterilizer pipes  and  fittings   are  constructed  from  stainless  steel  and  brass.

Pneumatic Valves

The pneumatically operated valves significantly reduce maintenance and downtime.  The  steam can be provided to the autoclave from the building’s central source, an electric steam  generator (stainless steel or carbon steel), or a steam-to-steam generator. In addition,if no buttons or switches are operated for four hours, the autoclave  will switch to standby mode.

User Friendly HMI --- Control Made Simple

An  automated  process  control  uses  the   advanced microprocessor control system. Our  Control Panel is user- friendly, and consists of a 4 line, 20 Column LCD and a functional  touchpad. A self diagnostic system provides messages and alerts that 

are displayed in a clear language. Audible alerts are sounded with  the messages. The LCD  display provides constant cycle parameter readouts  and  cycle  progress  information.  The   control  system  is self-diagnostic and provides fault messages to the operator. Double door autoclaves are

 provided  with a dual built in, full display and enhanced control system on both sides of the autoclave.
